Pre-Order & Payment • All gift sets are available by pre-order only. • Pre-orders close December 5, 2025, or when we reach our maximum quantity. • Orders are confirmed only after we receive your completed preorder form and payment.
Pickup, & Shipping
• Pickup: Available starting December 9th, 2025, at Cozy Thai Bistro, 232 South Allen Street, State College, PA 16801.
• Shipping: $20 per box within the continental U.S. Orders ship the week of December 9th via USPS Priority Mail.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Orders can be modified or canceled by December 5th for a full refund.
• After that date, cancellations are not refundable as we begin production.
• Missed pickups must be rescheduled within 3 days.
Product Care
• All sauces are handcrafted in small batches and sealed for freshness. • Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks for best quality.
• Cozy Thai Bistro is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after pickup or delivery.
Allergen Notice
• Products are prepared in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and fish.
