This Privacy Policy does not describe or apply to the collection of or use of information on other websites such as those accessed through or linked to by our website (cozythaibistro.com). If you do not agree with how your information is being collected, used, and protected, we respectfully request that you do not use our Services.   • Wix.com, Inc. Our website and platforms are hosted on the Wix.com platform, owned and operated by Wix.com, Inc., its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries. In addition to the manners of collecting, using, storing, and protecting data that you agree upon within this Privacy Policy, your data may be collected,used, stored, and protected through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com stores your information and data on secure services behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensurethe secure handling of credit card information by Wix.com’s store and its serviceproviders.

  • Stripe, Inc. Our website and platforms are operated using Stripe.com’s payment processing systems and processes for the purposes of providing our Services. In addition to the manners of collecting, using, storing, and protecting data that you agree upon within this Privacy Policy, you agree to any and all privacy policies in effect by Stripe.com or Stripe, Inc. as such apply to the its use in providing our Services.

You also agree to the applicable privacy policies for these and any other applicable third parties through which we may obtain, access, transfer, and store your information for the purposes of providing our Services. This includes any and all links to other websites or platforms that may be found when using our Services.

We will also retain your information during your use and after you cease using our Services regardless of whether you delete or terminate any accounts involved therewith.
